Email Surf's Up support. Include your device, iOS version, market or spot, and what happened so we can investigate.

Forecast not loading

Check your connection, then open the report again. Confirm that your market is listed in Coverage and check the update time on your report. Individual values can be unavailable when a source has no current data.

Home Screen widgets

Touch and hold the widget, choose Edit Widget, then set its options. Best Spot needs a market. Spot Forecast needs a market and a spot. If a selection remains stuck, remove the widget and add it again. iOS controls when Home Screen widgets refresh.

Units and saved spots

Switch between feet and metres in the report header. Tap the star beside a spot to save it. Units, saved spots, and color choices stay on this device; they do not sync to another device and can be removed by reinstalling the app.

Account and purchases

Surf's Up is free and read-only. It has no account, subscription, or in-app purchase to manage or restore.

Open Forecast sources at the bottom of your report for update times and source information. Read our privacy information.
